The respective User who has sent an enquiry by e-mail to the Provider shall be deemed to have concluded a contract with the Provider for the performance of the given service only after receiving confirmation to that effect from the Provider.
The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the time within which a response will be given.

The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the time within which a response will be given.
(5) The Provider makes it possible to redirect (link) the User to the Provider’s business profiles on social networks and to the profiles and websites of its partners, clients and others. The Provider offers this option for the convenience of Users and is not responsible for the content of the profiles and websites to which redirection is provided and which are not owned and/or operated by the Provider. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to the profiles and pages to which redirection is provided, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Art. 9. The Website may contain names and marks of products, services or persons that constitute or may constitute trademarks owned by the Provider or by third parties.
